Product Standard
This product is manufactured according to GB/T14049-2008 "Aerial Insulated Cables with Rated Voltage 10kV and Below".
Using properties
2.1 Rated voltage (U0/U): 10kV
2.2 The allowable long-term operation of the cable conductor does not exceed the temperature:
PVC,PE insulated aerial cables: 70℃;
XLPE insulated overhead cable: 90℃;
2.3 When short-circuited (the longest duration does not exceed 5s), the maximum allowable temperature of the cable conductor should not exceed:
PVC insulated overhead cables: 160°C;
Polyethylene insulated overhead cable: 130°C;
XLPE insulated overhead cable: 250℃
2.4 The ambient temperature should not be lower than -20°C when the cable is laid.
Allowable bending radius of 2.5 cables:
When the outer diameter D of the cable is less than 25mm, it should not be greater than 4 times the outer diameter of the cable.
When the outer diameter D of the cable is equal to or greater than 25mm, it should not be greater than 6 times the outer diameter of the cable.
2.6 When the cable is used in the AC system, the rated voltage of the cable should be at least equal to the rated voltage of the system; when the cable is used in the DC system, the rated voltage of the system should not be greater than 1.5 times the rated voltage of the cable.
